Pick a mission, a friend’s challenge, or a tournament stage — each one sets the position, time and attempts before you start.

Place your phone and shoot
Set it on the ground at the base of the hoop, camera aimed up at the rim — no tripod, no stand, no gear. The AI tracks the ball’s trajectory and counts every make and miss in real time (99% accuracy in internal tests of the prediction model).

What you need to start
- A hoop with a net attached
- A compatible phone
- The phone placed at the base of the hoop, camera aimed at the rim
- Good lighting and a clear view of the rim
- One player per hoop — RIMNET can't tell whose shot is whose if more than one person is shooting at the same basket

Lay the phone on the ground at the base of the hoop, camera aimed up at the rim. No tripods, no stands, no elevation.
Light it and lock it
Good lighting, a clear view of rim and net, minimal background movement and a phone that stays put.

- How does shot detection work?
- RIMNET uses computer vision and AI to analyze the hoop through your phone's camera, tracking made and missed shots in real time — no wearables, no sensors on the rim.
- What devices are supported?
- RIMNET runs on iOS and Android. For the smoothest experience we recommend a device with at least 3GB of RAM.
- Can I play indoors and outdoors?
- Yes — indoor or outdoor, as long as your hoop has a net and there's adequate lighting for the camera.
